Who we are: This website, www.arecos.net, is run by AReCoS, 625 Kenmoor Ave SE, Suite 350, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546. You can reach us at info@arecos.net.
Information only: The website describes our products, technology and plans. It is not an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any sale will be made under a separate written agreement.
Reservations: Reserving a place is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. A reservation does not guarantee a unit, a price, a configuration or a delivery date, and it is not a purchase order. We use the list to plan our first units and to decide where they go first.
Design targets and plans: Statements that a product is "designed to" do something, performance figures, standards we design to, and dates such as our 2027 target describe our goals and plans. They are not guaranteed specifications. Rated performance is set only by certified testing of the finished product, and plans may change.
Intellectual property: The content of this website, including text, figures and the AReCoS name and logo, belongs to AReCoS. Our technology is covered by U.S. patent applications, including application 18/592,624, allowed in July 2026. Using this website does not give you any license to them. You may share links to our pages.
Job postings: Job postings describe roles we are hiring for. They are not an offer of employment or a contract. Salary ranges, equity and the option to convert stock options into common stock are described in general terms; the terms of any offer and any equity grant are set in a written offer letter and our equity plan.
No warranty: We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
