How we handle what you send us
Short and plain: we collect only what you type into our reservation form or send by email, and we use it only to plan our first units and to contact you about them.
- What we collect
- What you enter in the reservation form: name, email, company, role, city and state, units and tons, timeline and notes. If you email us, your message and address.
- Why
- To plan our first units, decide where they go first, and tell you when they are scheduled. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
- Where it is kept
- Form entries are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Forms and Google Sheets). Email is kept in our company mailbox.
- Who sees it
- AReCoS staff, and manufacturing partners only when needed to plan a unit for your site, under confidentiality.
- How long
- Until our first units are scheduled and delivered, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
- Your choices
- Email info@arecos.net to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will reply within 30 days.
- This website
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and reservation requests and to see which pages and campaigns bring people here. It sets cookies in your browser; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
